Due to the unique and vintage nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy.

Returns & Same-Day Notification

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

* The item arrives damaged, or

* The item is significantly different from the description

We do not accept returns for:

* Change of mind

* Buyer’s remorse

* Fit issues

* Personal preference

You must notify us within the same day of delivery via email if there is an issue.

Failure to report any concerns on the same day means the item is considered accepted.

Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.

Authenticity Refund (30-Day Guarantee)

If a watch is proven to be not authentic within 30 days of receiving the item, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

Proof must be provided in the form of written documentation from a recognized and credible third-party expert, brand service center, or qualified authority. The burden of proof lies with the customer.

Once verified, the item must be returned in the same condition as received.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and verification of the returned item..
